Description
THE CUVÉE PRINCES WAS CREATED IN 1864 BY JOSEPH DE VENOGE AS A TRIBUTE TO THE PRINCES OF ORANGE. ITS CHARACTERISTICALLY ELEGANT DECANTER RECALLS THE HABITS OF THE GREAT EUROPEAN ARISTOCRACY AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURY, WHO DECANTED CHAMPAGNE INTO CRYSTAL BOTTLES.
The Princes Brut cuvée is a marriage of 35% Pinot Noir, 34% Pinot Meunier, and 31% Chardonnay, a blend that combines finesse and fruit, underlined by a light dosage (5g / l).

Appearance
It is a cuvée that has a pale gold color, and extremely fine bubbles.
Aroma
On the nose, it is a champagne that offers notes of citrus, yellow fruits and pastry.
Flavour
On the palate, it is a cuvée with a frank and lively attack, which then unfolds beautiful fruity aromas.
