Same day dispatch, you need to place an order before 2:00 pm GMT otherwise your order will be dispatched the following working day.

We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £120 to addresses in mainland UK, providing the wines are in stock, with some postcode exceptions*.
We don’t ship Internationally.

Order's placed on our website Monday - Friday are processed the same day. If any items are out of stock we will contact you by email or telephone.

Saturday delivery charge £24.95
We don’t deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Please note that we can only deliver to Mainland UK addresses.
If you would like products to be delivered to The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Sicily please contact us for delivery costs.


Our Promise complies with all UK laws including the distance selling law. All parcels shipped by are quality checked prior to packing for any damages or defects. Every bottle is shipped in a specially designed cardboard box that provides superior protection. Whilst we endeavour to protect all containers, some product containers are weaker than others and these are prone to leakages and breakages.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
On the rare occasion where the products delivered are different to those ordered we must be informed of this within 5 working days of receipt. We will arrange a collection of these products sent in error as necessary once we have investigated the dispatch records for your order.
Unwanted items must be returned and received by us within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you, however, you, the customer, will be liable for the amount payable for the return and appropriate repackaging as required of the goods to us. We strongly recommend using an insured and recorded delivery service to the full value of the goods. All returned items must be in their original packaging, in an untampered, re-saleable condition.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
