Julian Prelat
A true artisan of Champagne, I vinify my wines and grow my vines in the heart of the charming village of Celles sur Ource, in The Cote des Bar, France. My well-hidden cellar offers Champagne reflecting all the originalities of the land where it is situated. I found my own domain in 2000. My passion for oenology quickly led me to adopt the status of champagne maker-vintner (RM). Since then, my philosophy is not to blend anything! The champagnes are made of one year of harvest, one plot and one grape variety, making each cuvee unique. I am proud to propose pure champagnes full of character.
