Description
A beautifully complex zero-dosage Chardonnay Cuvée with an elegant freshness typical of the north-west facing vines of the Côte des Bar. Brimming with character, this rare vintage has a soft, creamy mouthfeel and aromas of orange, sweet spices and brioche through to peppery, balsamic notes. Pear, citrus and toasty caramel brittle flavours abound. Delicious paired with sweetbreads, goat's cheese and vol au vents.

Aroma
Complex, delicate and elegant. Notes of orange and white fruits with a hint of vanilla and sweet spices. Aeration brings out subtle traces of buttery brioche and surprising menthol, pepper and balsamic nuances.

Complex and full of character with a creamy mouthfeel. White fruit and pear flavours blend with crisp citrus notes and a subtle oaky finish.
