Not the most effortless vintage to manage, yet the results here are immediately enjoyable and capable of further cellaring. 59% Pinot Noir, 41% Chardonnay from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, giving five years maturing on lees.

Aroma
Nose of golden fruit crumble, jasmine flowers and candied lemon.
Flavour
The palate is firmly foamy, capturing roasted peach, fig tarts and white pear flavours. The finish is long, supported by cox apple tang and chalky mineral freshness.
