Vallet Gadret is one of Champagne's hidden gems, quietly producing some of the region's finest wines from their vineyards on the Coteaux des Riceys. This cuvee is made from 90% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier and 5% Chardonnay. A very seductive Champagne with round and rich qualities.
