Hand harvested and made with the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes in a single harvest. This wine is dense, opulent and well rounded with lovely notes of brioche, dried fruits and candied citrus. A rich and savoury Champagne that exhibits a soft finish and remarkable length.

Rich aromas of dried fruits, brioche and candied citrus.
Flavour
On the palate, bread and lemon rinds, light citrus taste with strong acidity, with a bit of bitterness at the finish. Good level of ripe fruits and sweetness, with a very lengthy finish.
