The Champagne “Empreinte de Terroir - Chardonnay” is a very fresh, elegant and mineral Blanc de Blancs by Domaine Collet, aged on the lees for about 3 years. Scent of flowers, fruit and honey and a smooth, pleasant and refreshing taste are the characters of this “footprint” of the Cote de Sezanne, represented by the expression of Chardonnay.
