Description
This fabulous Champagne is created using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The wine has enormous personality and typicality, a feeling of clay combined with the typical forest floor character of Pinot Noir are joined in by delicate floral notes, and discrete citrus tones. Well balanced with concentrated acidity, sugars do make themselves taste perceivable and the finish is slightly dry with a velvety sensation of clay, ending then on a savory touch.
