We are a family-run champagne house on the Côtes des Bar. We are invigorated on a daily basis by the constant good quality of our wines which we cultivate with care, strictness and passion. We work our soil with a mix of tradition and modernity. We fit in with a programme of sensible pesticide use. Every action and treatment is thought about carefully in relation to the environmental effect it might have. Conscious of the biodiversity, we have hidden bee hives near some of our plots to let the bees and nature work together. Just as a painter chooses his pigments, or a florist puts together a bouquet, Poinsot Frères takes juice from different years, different varieties and reserve vines to make their non vintage cuvées.
