The precious secrets of Champagne Henry de Vaugency have been passed down from father to son since 1732. Pascal Henry represents the 8th generation of winegrowers, impassioned by the special “terroir” of Oger and the Chardonnay grape, for which the village is famed . The elaboration of Henry de Vaugency Champagne follows the traditional method: wooden press, ageing in chalk cellars and manual riddling on “pupîtres”. All of our Champagnes are BLANC DE BLANCS (100% Chardonnay) and GRAND CRU.
