Apple Ice wine is produced from well ripened, hand-cut apples.
The apples are pressed in winter and the juice is stored in a cold place for a few weeks. The extracted syrup is fermented for a long time at a low temperature, thus preserving the delicate aroma of apple and resulting in a well-balanced, silky soft, elegantly flavoured wine that is often called "liquid gold"
Rich gold colour.
It has an extremely luscious and intense flavour, boasting rich aromas of exotic white fruit, almond and honey.
This wine is the perfect complement to blue cheese and confectionery, also suitable as an aperitif and the excellent accompaniment to a dessert. Ideal serving temperature is 8 -10 C°
