Appearance
Pale yellow with fine, light bubbles.
Aroma
The nose is fresh cut apples, spicy minerals, and chalk. With air, apple peel.
Flavour
Apple, clear apple cider, white grape juice. A little orange and lime citrus and some minerality with air.
